The apartment is on the second floor and is approximately 35m2 and 2011 was completely renovated and refurbished.

The apartment is on the 5th District of Vienna in a typical Viennese building on the second floor and is approximately 35m2 in size. The apartment is an ideal starting point for tourists in Vienna. The city center can be reached by foot in just 25 minutes or you get on the tram, which runs three minutes away from the apartment. As the tram is the former "ring tram," so you can reach without changing tram so important hotspots like the State Opera, the Vienna City Hall, the Burgtheather, parliament, the main university or the Prater. Furthermore, one minutes from the apartment you find a bus which takes you in a few minutes to the Naschmarkt (probably the most famous market in Vienna), where you can go into the subway and get for example in 10 minutes to Schonbrunn.
