The bedroom is separated from the living area and features a double bed and a brand-new, spacious private bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC, washbasin, and a view of greenery! The bedroom leads to the balcony that spans the entire south side of the house, offering stunning views of the surrounding meadows and mountains.

The upper floor is accessible via an open spiral staircase from the living room. It also has a bedroom with a double bed, seating options, and bright windows. The lower separate room can also be reached via the spiral staircase to the ground floor. It features a spacious living/sleeping area with a double bed (beds can be separated), a wardrobe, a table with seating, a large window front facing the garden, and a large closet. The small bathroom for this room is separate and has a shower, WC, and washbasin.

The garden is accessible via an external staircase, where you’ll find a covered terrace with a seating area in the greenery. The lawn and garden are completely available for your free use.**
