No parties or events along those lines. This will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

• Check out by 11:00 am at the latest
• Self Check-IN with key box

This is an apartment where no shoes are worn. All shoes must be removed upon entry. There is a 10 euro fine if shoe stains are found. Please understand that it takes a lot of time to clean them.

*Important* Please make sure you read and agree to these rules:
• NO smoking
• NO theft
• No pets
• NO Excessive Guests
• DO NOT have parcels sent to your home address
• NO parties in the apartment. Please respect the neighbors.
The noise level after 10pm should be minimal. We don't want any complaints. Violating this rule will result in the police being informed and your reservation being terminated immediately. We must keep the calm in the neighborhood.

Fines for the following things:
• Stolen towels – 10.00 euros
• Smoking in the apartment – EUR 150.00
• Per lost key – 100.00 euros
• Unlocking service – 50.00 euros
• Late check-out after 11:00 am – 75.00 euros
• More guests than reserved – EUR 50.00 per guest
• Enormous cleaning effort if the apartment is devastated with rubbish - 150.00 euros
