The apartment is quiet, bright and spacious. Located with a large communal garden, which borders directly on a walking and cycling path on the Mürz River. The apartment has a living-dining room with a loggia, a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms each with a single bed. The bathroom has a sink, a shower, heated towel dryer, and a washing machine. Separate toilet including sink. Fully equipped kitchen with loggia.
Both loggias look into the south-facing garden. The kitchen is entered through the living room. All other rooms through the central anteroom.
A parking space is freely available on the property. Bicycle storage is available.

A minibus stops right in front of the house every hour. Which takes you to the Joaneum Kapfenberg, to the train station and to the center. There is a shopping center "ECE" and the bus station. There is also a city bus within in walking distance. Bike path in front of the house. There is a small supermarket with a café about 150m away

Check-in is from 12:00 p.m., check-out is at 3:00 p.m. at the latest.
Early check-in or later check-out is possible, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning will be liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, nor in common areas (e.g. hallways).

Smoking is only permitted on the Balkony.

Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs.

3. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys or remote controls.

4. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service team.

5. Booking a reservation involves agreeing to comply with the house rules. Guests who fail to comply with the House Rules will be liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses.
Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.

The apartment is NOT barrier-free. To get to the elevator you have to go up or down 6 steps. A free parking space is available on the property. Well-behaved dogs up to 15 kg only on request.
