House rules

The following rules must be observed out of consideration for other residents:

- Placing objects in the corridors is not permitted.
- Loud parties and celebrations are not permitted.
- In the period from 12 to 2 pm and from 10 pm to 6 am, the midday and night-time rest must not be disturbed. Televisions, radios, musical instruments and other noises must be reduced to room volume.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the building.
- Common rooms may only be used between 9 am and 7:30 pm.
- Use of the pool is permitted between 9 am and 10 pm (May to September).
- Use of the sauna is permitted between 6 am and midnight.
- Use of the fitness room is permitted between 7 am and 10 pm.
- It is not permitted to take guests into the sauna, pool and fitness rooms; these rooms are reserved exclusively for residents.
- To ensure privacy and peace and quiet in the building, it is not permitted to make phone calls, take photographs or film outside the apartment.
- All communal facilities are to be used with care and respect.
- All communal rooms are subject to unannounced inspection by security.
