My apartment is a 54 m2 two bedroom apartment in a classic old building with double wing swing doors, double windows, wooden parquet floors and high ceilings. Bathroom and Toilet are separate. The apartment is accessible via a beautiful Aisle which can be used as balcony as well. The cozy bedroom features a double bed and a integrated closet/wardrobe. The living room has a size of 25 m2 and fits perfect for more guests due to the sofa bed. All windows overlook the quiet, green courtyard of the house.The kitchen is fully equipped.

Due to its central location, you are able to discover many popular sights and historic places of the city both by foot and with public transport. In general I would describe the area as very charming, quiet and safe but also quiet and safe. The school, playground, the beautiful church with its small park as well as nice restaurants and cafes give the area a special flair.

Connection to public transport is perfect - two tram lines departing almost in front of the house as well as Metro, trains and City Airport train at Wien Mitte station offer perfect connection to the city or the airport.

Further information

Parking in front of the house but its a short-term parking zone which is only free of charge on weekends and holidays. Therefore I recommend to park the car in the parking lot Sofiengarage (5 min by foot) or in the parking lot Park & Ride Erdberg (direct access to underground U3).
