1. No parties or events: The flat is intended exclusively for quiet stays. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.
2. Quiet hours: Please observe the legal quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
3. Remove shoes: Outdoor shoes must not be worn inside the apartment.
4. Non-smoking apartment: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment.
5. Pets: Pets are not permitted.
6. Careful use: Please treat the furnishings and equipment with care. Any damage or defects must be reported immediately.
7. Waste separation: Please observe the local regulations on waste separation.
