The luxury apartment on the 9th floor has a light-flooded living room with a high-end kitchen (Nespresso machine available) including a bar area and an additional dining table in marble design. The lounge zone (55 inch TV) in the living room can be used as a place to sleep (2 people) thanks to the additional pull-out sofa bed. From every area of ​​the living room you have a clear view of Vienna's city center (e.g. St. Stephen's Cathedral) and the beautiful Prater with its landmark, the Ferris wheel.
The separate sleeping area (box spring bed 180 x 200) has a spacious wardrobe, a small work space and separate access to the terrace, also with a view of the beautiful city centre. At night, the skyline of Vienna is enchanting, while the blackout curtains in the bedroom allow for an undisturbed night's sleep.

The bathroom, tiled floor to ceiling, has a bathtub, a toilet, a hand basin, automatic ventilation and a towel dryer.
The entire apartment with a room height of 2.80m is equipped with underfloor heating and offers free WiFi.
