The apartment is very spacious, very bright, very sunny in the summer months from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and therefore relatively warm. The living-dining area has approximately 35 m² with a new modern kitchen purchased in May 2023. There is also a large couch measuring two 50 × 2 30 m, a television box with a TV and two plants and a coffee chest of drawers. The remaining part of the apartment is separated by a sliding glass door. There is a single toilet with exhaust air, a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, a sink and plenty of storage space due to the three Christians. The first room is a cloakroom with office supplies, which can also be used as a bedroom. The second bedroom is the master bedroom with a double bed measuring 2 m by 2.20 m. The balcony with around 12 m² offers a good opportunity to enjoy the sunset to the west in the evening
