Fully equipped, recently refurbished flat on 5th floor (elevator) of a residential building in the popular and fancy city district Aigen, close to the river banks. .
Enjoy the mountain view towards Mount Untersberg and Mount Kapuzinerberg from the western balcon;
Green residential complex with many trees and lawns.
Prepare your meals in the small but fully equipped kitchen. WiFi are included.
Private free parking lots on the property, locked bike compartments. You can easly walk or ride your bike to the centre within minutes, while still having your car parked in front of the residence.
University campus Uni Nonntal and the campus of Natural and Life Sciences: 5 min on bike,
Mozarteum: 10min on bike
Glasenbach/Elsbethen: 15min on bike, or equally accessible by car or on bus.

You might ask... where is the table/desk? The previous dwellers were happy with the table in the kitchen and they didn't want another one. An additional table would certainly be available if required - there's ample space for that.

You will find a small supermarket just around the corner (distance 100m). Several bus stops are within walkable reach (rom 500 m). Busses will take you from there to central station (10min) or metro station (5min).
The healthy will prefer riding their bike along the Salzach river sides (7min ride to cathedral, 15min towards Elsbethen).
Shops, theatres, cinema, bars, restaurants of central Salzburg are nearby without the need of a car.
Public Park (Volksgarten) including swimming pool, ice rink, tennis club, a stroll along the Salzach, a mountain bike trip onto Mount Gaisberg,.... there's plenty to do on your evenings after work and on weekends
