Enjoy the mountain view towards Mount Untersberg and Mount Kapuzinerberg from the western balcon;
Green residential complex with many trees and lawns.

Private free parking lots on the property, locked bike compartments. You can easly walk or ride your bike to the centre within minutes, while still having your car parked in front of the residence.

Glasenbach/Elsbethen: 15min on bike, or equally accessible by car or on bus.

You might ask... where is the table/desk? The previous dwellers were happy with the table in the kitchen and they didn't want another one. An additional table would certainly be available if required - there's ample space for that.
