The top modern 95 m² apartment in our private house is on the 2nd floor, elevator is available. It has a very spacious, bright Bedroom with closet space (approx. 20 m² in total), a modern bathroom with bathtub and rain shower, as well as a heated towel rail and Underfloor heating, an anteroom with a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with dining table and seating area (total 17 m²), a large Living room (22 m²) with cable TV (LG Smart TV 46 ''), radio and large couch. The smaller second bedroom (16 m²) has a total of 3 beds (including 1 bunk bed). This means that a total of 5 adults can use this apartment. If necessary, a travel cot can also be provided
The living room couch also has a pull-out function and can be temporarily used as a double bed, which can accommodate up to 7 people

This district is characterized by charming villas and gardens. The Sigmundstor, a historic rock tunnel, opens directly in front of the accommodation includes access to the baroque old town. The Mönchsberg can be reached on foot in a few minutes. This offers a wonderful view Fortress, old town and the surrounding districts and invite you to recharge your batteries in the most beautiful nature.
