The apartment has a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a glass shower screen. A washing machine that can be tumble dried if necessary. A newly installed kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, a living and dining area, living room with sofa and a work table. The double doors of the living room can be opened on the north side (it is sunny but not too hot as the shade is in the north in the afternoon) and the green roof terrace can be accessed. There is also a small wooden terrace where you can sit comfortably, eat, read or enjoy your coffee. There is also an awning that can be opened for protection from the sun or from the rain.
