Our apartment "Vienna Heritage" has been completely renovated to a high standard, with first occupancy in 2024.
• Living room: The spacious living area is furnished with original vintage furniture, including a comfortable sofa with a sleeping function for two people, a flat-screen TV and free WiFi ensure entertainment and connectivity. An extendable dining table with vintage chairs offers space for up to eight people.
• Bedroom: The stylish bedroom has an Art Deco double bed with high-quality bed linen and matching crystal chandeliers. A wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your clothes and personal items.
• Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers modern amenities. Here you will find a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.
• Bathroom: The modern bathroom offers a spacious shower and a vanity with designer fittings as well as a washing machine with dryer. Fresh towels and care products are included.
• Toilet: The toilet with hand basin is accessible separately in the apartment.

Our barrier-free "Vienna Heritage" apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator or 4th floor with mezzanine in Vienna's 3rd district, with a direct view of the historic Vienna Transport Museum "Remise" opposite. This central location offers a perfect mix of historic charm and excellent connections to the public transport network. Just a few steps away you will find charming cafes and restaurants, as well as two supermarkets. The Prater with numerous sports and leisure facilities is within walking distance.
Short-term parking directly in front of the house is usually possible. For longer parking we recommend the inexpensive "Fiakerplatz" parking garage nearby (approx. 200 meters). You can reach the Vienna city motorway in just a few minutes.

House rules

In addition to the everyday tableware, there is a comprehensive and complete set of gold-rimmed tableware and a coffee service for up to eight people for special occasions. Use is permitted, provided that it is hand-washed. This tableware must not be put in the dishwasher under any circumstances!
Loud parties are prohibited in the house!
Pets are not allowed!
Smoking is not permitted!
