My lovingly designed apartment offers 74 m² (800 sq ft) of space and comfortably accommodates up to four guests, with two separately accessible bedrooms (see 110 5 *Star Reviews on Air bnb).
The apartment was renovated together with my brother, who is an architect, and combines modern elements with a warm and welcoming atmosphere – including an open-plan kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a shower and double bathtub.

It is located right next to a listed historic palace, offering a beautiful view into its private park. The large balcony is accessible directly from the living area and invites you to relax while enjoying the greenery.

Whether you're a family with children or a city traveler – my home is ideal for anyone looking for a stylish, quiet, and safe apartment in a central location.

I lived in this apartment myself for many years, and it is lovingly furnished and fully equipped with everything you might need.

The apartment is located in Vienna’s 3rd district, right next to the 1st district – the historic city center.
It is surrounded by numerous schools, supermarkets, shops, and embassies. The apartment borders a private park and offers a beautiful view of the greenery.

The city center is within walking distance, or you can take a bus from the stop just 2 minutes away. The U3 subway line is about an 8-minute walk and provides quick access to all districts of Vienna.

From the apartment, it’s just a 10-minute jog to the Prater – a vast recreational area with green spaces, playgrounds, public pools, and running paths. Several universities and research centers are also located in this area.

The apartment is also suitable for guests with allergies, as pets are not allowed.
