Our Naschmarkt Urban apartment is a lovingly renovated unit with an old vaulted ceiling in a house that is over 200 years old. However, you will not have to forgo any modern conveniences. The apartment is located on the ground floor but remains bright and welcoming. In the summer, the apartment stays wonderfully cool. Access is directly from the street, but the apartment is still private, secluded, and cozy.

The apartment consists of a spacious living kitchen, a quiet bedroom facing the courtyard, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet, as well as a small bedroom with a single bed. The bathroom can be accessed through the small bedroom.

In the large bedroom, you'll find a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe, while the small bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and additional storage for clothes.

The living area of the apartment features a comfortable sofa and a dining table with five chairs. The sofa can be converted into a double bed (140 x 200 cm) if needed. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need: an induction cooktop (two burners), oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, French press for coffee, as well as enough cookware, tableware, and utensils.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine, and toilet.
