Welcome to my hideaway — a place for those who appreciate beauty and tranquility.
Anam Kara is a private boutique suite on the first floor of Villa Regina Krünes in Salzburg's Nonntal
district. It combines quiet residential setting, thoughtful design and personal hospitality – ideal for
guests who live, work, research or relocate in Salzburg for several weeks or months.

The villa is my private residence - a place of retreat in the heart of Salzburg. From time to time, I offer parts of it to guests who appreciate aesthetics and a personal atmosphere. As your host, I am on site and welcome my guests personally.

The private “Anam Kara” Suite on the first floor of the villa enjoys a fabulous location with stunning views of the Untersberg mountain and the Hohensalzburg Fortress. A scenic walking path leads directly from the house to a private horse stable and along the beautiful Hellbrunner Allee into Salzburg’s Old Town and to Hellbrunn Palace.

High-End Interior & Climate.
The stylish suite with its unique atmosphere is furnished to a very high standard and offers Air Conditioning. Oiled oak flooring by Mafi runs throughout the entire living area. Both bedrooms feature beautiful large wardrobes crafted from fine bamboo, zebrano wood, and Lloyd Loom. The beds are dressed with luxurious Bassetti bed linen and alpaca pillows. Additional blankets and cushions are provided. The bedrooms are equipped with soundproof doors and insect screens.

The living area offers a flat-screen TV with ORF card, Netflix, and Prime Video. There is a large dining table as well as a dedicated workspace. Reliable Wi-Fi is provided throughout.

Sauna & Bathroom Comfort.
Spacious, calm and designed for relaxation, the bathroom features its own private sauna, rain shower and separate bathtub. The fully equipped bathroom includes towels and beach/sauna towels, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer and a stylish sink area. A washing machine and drying rack are available. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and has a window. The suite also features a private sauna.

Kitchen comfort.
Thoughtfully equipped for everyday convenience, with quality appliances and everything you need for a comfortable extended stay. A stylish space for breakfast, light meals and relaxed dining at home.
The new kitchen is excellently equipped with a Smeg refrigerator, Villeroy & Boch tableware, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, wine glasses, and more. Dining area for up to 4 guests.

Outdoor living.
The covered southwest deck is your private retreat – perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading or evening aperitivo with views of the Untersberg and Hohensalzburg Fortress.

Private parking.
A private parking space directly in front of the villa is available throughout your stay. Additional free parking spaces are located nearby.

Excellent public transport. Restaurants are within walking distance, as well as one of the city’s finest pastry shops, grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, banks, and more. The rooms are energetically cleansed.
