Villa Elli is situated in a calm living area. From the motorway you need three minutes to reach the house. Bus and Train are five minutes from the location. Cycle path is directly in front of the house. The city center can be reached in a few minutes by train or bus and in 25 minutes on foot. A shopping mall (Europark) with restaurants is situated 5 minutes (on foot) from Ville Elli. Cycling and walking tours can be started directly in front of Villla Elli. With the car you can reach the surrounding lake area, the "Salzkammergut" and the mountains with ski areas in around an hour.
