The apartment is very close to the trendy Brunnenmarkt area and is located on the traffic-calmed Neulerchenfelderstraße. The hip Yppenplatz, the vibrant market square, and the bars and clubs in the former light rail arches are not far away. The surrounding area offers a wonderful and lively environment with its numerous restaurants, cafés, galleries, the permanent Brunnenmarkt (also a farmers' market on Saturdays), and shops for everyday needs.

Public transport connections are excellent. The tram station "Brunnenmarkt" on line 2 is about 100 meters away, and the subway station "Josefstädterstraße" on line U6 is about 400 meters away. Vienna's city center (City Hall, Parliament, Burgtheater) can be reached by tram (line 2) in just 10 minutes. The shopping mile "Mariahilferstraße" and the Westbahnhof train station, with its bus transfer from/to the airport, can also be reached by subway (line 6) in about 10 minutes.

Parking: On-street parking is subject to a fee throughout Vienna and is permitted for a maximum of 180 minutes during the day (9:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.).
