Welcome to the turn-of-the-century villa in the old town

The apartment has:
Kitchen with electric stove and oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, complete kitchen equipment (dishes, cutlery, pots, mixer, kettle, French press, teapot, hand blender)
Bed linen / bedding as well as towels (including change), hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack, Iron ans ironing board
TV set with cable TV and WiFi

Furniture: couch (can be pulled out as a sofa bed for 2 people), double bed, pull-out recliner, reading corner, two chests of drawers, two cupboard attachments as storage space above the bathroom, small stepladder, table with four chairs, writing desk with chair, clothes rack / cupboard system

Maximum occupancy with 4 adults. There is an additional charge of €150 for a third and fourth perso.
A baby bed can be provided if required with an additional charge of 50 €.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the rental property. Keeping animals without permission of the landlord is prohibited. Unfortunately, there is no storage space for bikes in the house.
