With its unique furnishing, original decoration and preserved wallpapers, the villa is a hidden gem surrounded by green, just next to the vineyards. Whether a romantic trip for two or a gathering for the whole family; the villa offers its special beauty for every guest. Not only relaxing and recovering in pure nature, but also exploring the attractions of the city center is among the possibilities.

With a total living space of 350 square meters on two floors, the villa offers accommodation up to 12 people in 6 separate bedrooms. The three luxury bathrooms with a nice and roomy shower and a comfortable bathtub offer relaxation after a busy day of exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your own homecooked meals, which you can then enjoy at the dining room as well as on the terrace on ground floor or in the light-flooded winter garden on first floor used as a living room. 

The basement with a special kitchenette and an additional toilet offers the perfect relaxation with the private indoor pool and sauna, allowing for a spa day any time of the year, as well as the direct access to the backyard, where you can take a sip of fresh air.

Wi-Fi is available for free in the whole house and an airport shuttle can be arranged upon request.

The villa is located in Amalgergasse. Nearby you will find Beethovenpark, which is perfect for a short stroll, but also the perfect place for kids. A few minutes away from the house you will find the bus number 38A stop “Grinzing”, which will take you directly to metro line U4. This makes the villa to the perfect home away from home, making it calm and located a bit outside of the center, but still with an easy and quick public transportation connection right to the main sights of Vienna.  

Around the villa there are multiple great restaurants. Except for Asian and Italian Restaurants, we can always recommend for you to visit one of the Heurigen, where you will get to taste some authentic Austrian cuisine. Just a few minutes away is the Müllers Heuriger & Weingut, one of the best Heurigen in Vienna. Zum Martin Sepp is another classic for dining.
