The apartment is divided into a kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets, a living room with direct access to the villa garden and a bedroom - fully furnished (55m²).

It is perfect for the summer months, as the basement location and thick walls keep it cool in summer. The garden faces away from the street and is therefore very quiet. The tall trees in the garden provide plenty of shade for hot summer days.

As we are unfortunately not there in the summer and the garden needs some care despite the irrigation system, we are looking for temporary tenants who can also take care of the garden (especially watering, mowing the lawn). There are 5 beehives in the orchard and someone comes to check on them about once a month. The owners of the villa live above the apartment.
