Descripiton of accommodation

We have a bedroom for two, a bathroom with a washing machine, a living room with an open kitchen and a balcony

In the living room we have a TV that you can link to your laptop, air conditioning, heating and a sofa bed that you can pull out.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, crockery and cutlery perfect for a joint cooking evening with friends or alone ;)

Our balcony faces the inside of the building, so it's nice and quiet. The apartment is also good for working as you can't hear any street noise.

The accommodation is close to the banks of the Danube and the city center, which you can easily reach by the subway nearby. For a quick & easy way to the airport there is a bus that will take you there directly. There is also a mulit.storey car park, which costs €5 per day. In the area we also have a supermarket, a restaurant and a gym. All those are in a 5 minute radius from the apartment. A pharmacy is also right across the subway-station

House rules

- Please no parties in the apartment
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, please only smoke on the balcony
- No pets in the apartment. If it's a service animal, please contact us and we'll see what we can do
- Please only allow the number of reserved people into the apartment
- Commercial photography and filming is not permitted
- Before checking out, please put the dishes in the dishwasher after use, add dishwasher tabs and then switch it on

-A later check-in is alwaays possible as we offer self-checkin. For a later check-out, please contact us and we'll see what we can do

-If you are booking for two people and would prefer separate sleeping arrangements, please inform us in advance

-If you plan to bring your infant along, we can provide a crib and a high chair; simply inform us in advance. Please note that we do not provide pillows and blankets for the child, so kindly bring those items with you

-We don't have an AC, instead we've a underfloor cooling system. Our underfloor heating/ cooling system takes a few hours to reach the desired temperature. We kindly ask for your patience and recommend not setting it to the highest temperature immediately during colder periods.
