A fireplace surrounded by a big cosy sofa build the centerpiece of the living room. From the sofa you enjoy a panorama-view on terrace and garden. There is a flat screen-satellite-TV in the living room as well as in one of the bedrooms. In hot summers the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Stepping down from the generous terrace, equipped with an umbrella and four sunbeds, you enter the garden with its fruit trees, barbecue grill and garden shower. The garden is for the use of apartment-residents only.
