- Living room with dining for 4 persons, couch (extendable to sleep for a further 2 persons - 1.40 m wide), T.V
- bathroom with shower, toilet, towel dryer
- Fully equipped kitchen (nespresso machine, stove, oven, dishwasher & dishwashing detergent, etc.).

The apartment has internet and cable TV. A washing machine and drying rack are available in the house and can be used free of charge if required. Sheets and towels are provided, if you need anything else, we can organize this.

The apartment is located in the Hildebrandgasse - a side street of the Kreuzgasse and only about 5 minutes walk from the AKH. The connection to the public transport network is excellent. Tram (lines 9, 42, 43) and subway (line U6 station Michelbeuern-AKH) are within a few minutes walk and you reach the city center in a short time, as well as by car the highway.
