This 2-room apartment impresses on the one hand by the great central location and on the other hand by a view over the rooftops of Salzburg!

The apartment is about 59 m2 in size and offers all the comfort that a short-term tenant needs. The bedroom has a double bed and a large closet. If necessary, an extra bed can be provided for a third person for a fee.
The living room has a dining table and a sofa for comfortable use, as well as a cable TV (flat screen). Wi-Fi / WIFI is available for free. The kitchen is completely furnished. The tiled, bathroom is equipped with bathtub and toilet. In the anteroom is the cloakroom. The balcony invites you to linger (smoker). There is a laundry available directly in the house, which offers a variety of washing machines and dryers. (Cost per wash EUR 1.00).
