An affordable parking garage (€5/day) is available. In the vicinity, you'll find a supermarket and delightful restaurants, as well as a modern fitness studio, all within a leisurely 5-minute walk. A pharmacy is also available right across the subway station

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, please only smoke on the balcony
- No pets in the apartment. If it's a service animal, please contact us and we'll see what we can do
- Please only allow the number of reserved people into the apartment
- Commercial photography and filming is not permitted
- Before checking out, please put the dishes in the dishwasher after use, add dishwasher tabs and then switch it on

-If you are booking for two people and would prefer separate sleeping arrangements, please inform us in advance

-If you plan to bring your infant along, we can provide a crib and a high chair; simply inform us in advance. Please note that we do not provide pillows and blankets for the child, so kindly bring those items with you

-We don't have an AC, instead we've a underfloor cooling system. Our underfloor heating/ cooling system takes a few hours to reach the desired temperature. We kindly ask for your patience and recommend not setting it to the highest temperature immediately during colder periods.
