House rules

Quiet Hours: From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., any noise that may disturb other residents must be avoided. Televisions, radios, and music systems should be kept at a reasonable volume.

Parties and Gatherings: If you are planning a celebration that may extend beyond the quiet hours, please inform your neighbours at least 48 hours in advance.

Further information

Before the apartment was renovated, my uncle lived here for many years under modest conditions – without a bathroom, with a shared toilet in the hallway, and a coal stove as the only source of heating. It was here that he created his distinctive oil paintings. His favourite subjects included the landscapes of Sicily and Greece, as well as the characteristic rooftops of Graz. Today, a selection of his original paintings is displayed throughout the apartment, giving it a unique and personal atmosphere.
