Further information

I live in the apartment myself, but I'm going away for 5 months. I.e. all my things remain inside for respectful joint use. Except for a few things, most of the furnishings have grown very dear to me
There are very nice, helpful neighbors. My son also lives in the house with his family. I am the first to rent out her apartment here and I assume that the apartment will be treated well. In any case, I am convinced that my tenants will feel very comfortable.
