Living area and kitchen: The open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen lead directly onto a sunny terrace with a dining table and table tennis – shielded from the street for privacy. The large garden provides sunny and shaded spots throughout the day, and an outdoor pool makes it especially appealing in warmer months. A lawn with a trampoline is available on request.

Bedrooms and bathroom: Downstairs you will find two separate bedrooms – one with its own private entrance – as well as a generous hallway with wardrobe storage. Both rooms have a desk and blackout blinds, making them well suited for remote work or shift schedules. The private bathroom is also on this level; an additional toilet is located upstairs near the living area.

Practical features: The flat is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, iron, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies.
